PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Our activities have the purpose to create value and a measurable business return.
In order to do that we identify the hidden problems. We work on the product experience to improve it, finding solutions able to build a real advantage compare to those of the competitors.
The main aspect it helps us developing product management activities at their best is our approach based on true target insights, along with client company’s needs, finding a solution that matches both.
This methodology is the basement of business and product innovation that gives the chance to create a real added value that differentiate a product from another.
Perfectly knowingly the importance of managing all steps of a project, we do it with the same care we use for ours.
We take care of launch, planning and execution. We constantly monitor the status, managing all steps until the final stage. We support our clients and partners designing a project, evaluating the chain of possible issues present in the execution phase. We describe each activity and we define the paths, phases and sub-phases, giving a priority and importance to each ones. We determine the links between each activity and the different steps of a project, developing a timeline and creating a common vision for all actors involved.
In the project management activity we use different instruments of partnership, communication and sharing, but moreover of monitoring, so we are able to keep everybody updated.
Basic differences between a Product Management and a Project Management approach.
PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

We offer an Agile Project Management, alias an iterative approach to delivering a project throughout is life cycle. Iterative approaches are frequently used in software development projects to promote velocity and adaptability since the benefit of iteration is that you can adjust as you go along rather than following a linear path. One of the aims of an agile or iterative approach is to release benefits throughout the process rather than only at the end. At the core, agile projects should exhibit central values and behaviours of trust, flexibility, empowerment and collaboration.
